Why Shakeology?

When it comes to Shakeology, I can only talk to you about what my personal experiences are. For me - I am a naturally skeptical person. I go through every decision a million times over and while I don't think the *worst* is always inevitable, I do consider that option.

When I first starting working out - I wanted to try Shakeology because I wanted results fast (don't we all)!! The price stopped me. Spending money on myself just doesn't come natural to me since having children and honestly, we didn't have the budget for it. After talking it over with my husband we agreed that we would invest the money in PiYo but not the shakes - that was manageable. For someone who has NEVER found a workout, program, passion for working out there was a big chance I was going to be a failure and quick after 2 weeks so I understand why he was hesitant to invest money in Shakeology too.

I started PiYo and after a month I was IN LOVE. I decided to go for it - I signed up as a coach (to get the discount!) and Shakeology at the same time. I figured I would go all in on this "superfood" that everyone was talking about.

It took about a week and I started to feel the impact. Cravings where gone. I stopped wanting nachos and pizza for dinner every night. I have an Underactive Thyroid and Hashimoto's disease - having my diet regulate drastically impacts my entire life. My energy shot up and the amount of coffee I drank daily reduced to only 2 cups a day (before I could drink 6 cups, without a second thought).

My worries on how much I had to spend for Shakeology ended up being unnecessary - I am now saving money every month - I no longer have to buy expensive migraine medicine for flareups (I barely ever get migraines these days), I don't spend $5-$15 going out for lunch during the work week, plus I am getting tons of nutrients. :)

I have drank Shakeology for almost 6 months now and I imagine I will be drinking it daily for the rest of my life. I can't get over that I get all my daily nutrition from something that tastes so good. Truthfully, getting to share the way way these workouts and Shakeology has changed my life is why I chose to become a coach in the first place. I love meeting and working with people to help achieve their goals. I am so excited to get to do this every day!
